I am Abhirag AwasthiSometimes I sits and thinks, and sometimes I just sits..., a programmer by day and musician by night, living in Bangalore, India. I used to get paid to tinker with firmware at my previous job as a systems programmer for Hewlett Packard R&D, I am currently pursuing new opportunities.
I can usually be found hunched over a laptop, messing around with all the technologies that excite me as much as a laser pointer excites a kitten. I don’t like to limit myself to a set of tools and technologies, that being said, I am experienced with C# and PythonThe programming language, not the snake, unfortunately.. If I am not coding, I am probably out, playing mandolin in a small cafe or on the streets of Bangalore. I am hard working and humble and thus I improve. I like learning new things and playing around with different programming languages, currently in love with all things ElixirA dynamic, functional language designed for building scalable and maintainable applications., in admiration of all things Clojure and in awe of all things Haskell.
This website is my attempt towards providing a coherent structure to my ramblings about programming, music and other things that interest me. If you'd like to connect, feel free to email me. An archive of all my web identities can be found on my Keybase profile. Thanks for stopping by :)

This website is written in Emacs, uses Tufte CSSI like Edward Tufte, and I cannot lie. You other brothers can't deny. for the design and typography awesomeness, highlight.js for syntax highlighting and Font Awesome for the icons.
